- You will develop and manage high potential customers through the entire sales process related to Data/ISP/Voice/ Data Centers services and solutions.
- You will achieve sales targets by developing new business different sectors (industry, finance, banks, insurance companies … etc.).
- You will be highly proactive in constantly improving the sales processes, monitoring the market, bringing smart ideas to management and customers.
- You will communicate forecasts, KPIs status and progress of the monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- You will directly report to the Head of Sales.
- You will actively participate in the implementation of the sales strategy.
- You will implement the necessary sales actions to achieve the set objectives.
- You will work to expand your professional network and seize development opportunities.
- You will provide regular reporting on your sales activities.
- You bring 5 to 15 years of professional experience on the Luxembourgish market or in cross border countries as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Sales Executive in the Telecom/ICT related sector/IT managed services.
- You hold a Master Degree in Business/Management or equivalent.
- You are sales oriented and have already demonstrated capabilities to drive account management processes.
- You bring great active listening skills and customer focus combined with a high level of solution orientation and proactivity accompanied by persistence and diligence.
- Entrepreneurial drive, proactive approach and interest in new technologies and working models.
- You have a successful and significant experience in the telecommunications, ICT or any related sector.
- You will be recognized for your taste for challenge and your pursuit of positive results.
- You will master the technics of prospecting, marketing, and negotiation; knowledge of the economic environment and the telecommunication and ICT market will be essential assets for this position.
- You will be autonomous in your decision-making. Your communication skills and sense of contact will be appreciated and recognized.
