- Assist to develop and maintain ISO 9001 2015 system for the Wallenborn Group
- Support to implement, develop and maintain ESR / RSE compliance (CSRD)
- Support to guaranty our conformity to environment ministerial operating permit 22 & 35 rue Gabriel Lippmann
- Assist to guaranty our conformity to work ministerial and ITM operating permit 22 & 35 rue Gabriel Lippmann
- Assist to evaluate and analyze quality issues in the production and support department
- Help to introduce corrective and preventive actions, handle non conformity
- Participate to all customers audits in house and assist to solve remarks or deviation
- Assist to Conduct Continuous Improvement processes
- Support to Control the day-to-day operations including auditing, meetings, training and updating documents and records for all aspects of the systems
- Assist to liaise with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE, sustainability & ESR/RSE integration into core operations
- Support to ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental legislation is complied with and ensure a safe working environment for all team members
- In the medium term ensure the management of users and groups of the Wallenborn Academy
- Assist in the increased use of electronic document management across the group
- Assist the implementation and ensure that all ESR/RSE & sustainability CSRD EU 2022/2464 recommendation is complied with
- Degree in Quality Management
- At least 1 year experience in Quality Management within the transport industry or ideally in a similar sector
- Should be familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard, Health and Safety Management, Environmental Management, Sustainability (RSE, CSRD & ESR, ESRS)
- Be computer literate with Microsoft Office to a proficient level with good typing skills
- Possess strong planning, organizational, teamwork and presentation skills
- Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation relating to integrated management systems
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company
- Have good verbal and written in English, French, German and ideally Luxemburgish
- Be knowledgeable with all aspects of the above standards, relevant legislation and compliance requirements
- Possess a driving License and is willing to travel in Europe for audits
