- Collect the business needs.
- Clarify the project description, objectives and business case.
- Identify project organization, role and responsibilities of the stakeholders.
- Identify, analyze and recommend the IT solutions to support the business requirements.
- Manage requests for proposals from external consulting companies, build the project budget, explain it to the business and manage it all along the project lifecycle.
- Build the project roadmap, planning and major milestones.
- Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure the project approval with the management committee members. Manage kick-off meeting.
- Establish detailed project plans, work plans, schedules, resource plans, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Coordinate external consulting companies' involvements.
- Implement the relevant metrics of the project and publish them.
- Ensure regular project status, respect of deadlines and costs, provide recommendations.
- Manage project meetings and steering committees.
- Continuously evaluate project performance to ensure it is meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Having a strong Business functional background and SAP experience, he is able to draft functional and technical specifications. He is the guarantor of the respect of the specifications.
- Establish detailed test and training plans with the realization of the user documentation and manage the proper execution of the test plans.
- Establish the cutover plan and monitor the proper execution.
- Manage the go-live phase, hyper care and transfer to the support teams.
- Education: Master
- Language proficiency: English Level advanced. Advanced French expected.
- Proficiency level: senior.
- Experience in global SAP environments.
- Deep knowledge of some key SAP modules like SD, MM, FI is requested.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- A good experience in a supervisory position may be advantageous.
