Job DescriptionLE POSTE :For one of your clients, a financial institution located in Luxembourg city, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for anAdministrative Assistant & Office Manager (M/F)Duties and responsibilities:Executive Assistant TasksCoordinate and manage calendars for the management teamPrepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetingsTake and distribute meeting minutes as neededAssist with travel bookings, expense management and internal event coordinationAdministrative SupportAssist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document formattingGreet visitors and ensure a welcoming environmentSupport office supply inventory and orderingHandle incoming/outgoing courier and postal servicesPROFIL RECHERCHÉ :Bachelor's degree or equivalent3-5 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant or Office Manager.Fluency in English and FrenchStrong project management and organizational skills with good knowledge of business administration.Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and collaboration tools (Slack, etc.).Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Organizing and Prioritizing.Attention to detail, effective communication, flexibility and agility.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.Preparation and presentation skills for letter, presentations and reports.Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.This is a great opportunity to start asap on an initial 3-month contract + extensions.Salary: Depending on experience - 50-60K + meal vouchers
