About the Role:For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Marketing & Media Legal Counsel for 1-year fixed-term contract to join our Legal department.Main Responsibilities:Thanks to your support to the Marketing Group Procurement, you will prepare, revise and negotiate contracts covering a wide range of marketing services. These may include creative development for TV and digital campaigns, influencer and talent agreements, digital and social media activities, PR, corporate communication and sponsorships. You will also collaborate with internal teams (IP, digital, privacy) on the revision of Terms of Use for global websites, and participate in the drafting of internal guidelines, including those related to AI usage and its contractual implications.You will also be involved in activities related to the Group Media Procurement & Governance, such as preparing, revising and negotiating agreements in the field of media buying, planning, strategy and consultancy, as well as supporting supplier selection processes and related documentation. In addition, you will coordinate regional or country legal managers for the local execution of Group agreements and provide advice on contract management throughout the process.Supporting Advertising Production Department you will manage and negotiate contracts of production and post-production services, rights buyout, music and actors' licenses. You will also support the business in the organization of pitching processes and draft of the associated legal and contractual documents. You will also support Market Research Procurement in revising and negotiating market research related agreements.Who we are looking for:You have minimum 3 - 5 years Post Qualification as Lawyer of experience in a similar role, ideally within FMCG and in global, corporate, cross-matrix organizations. Your background includes exposure to international contracts drafting and negotiation in the areas of marketing, media, adv production or procurement.You hold a law degree, with a specialization or strong focus on marketing and media law (or related fields such as IP, media, or digital law), being qualified as lawyer and you are fluent in English.
With your strong task management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership teams, you will be well positioned to succeed in this role.
