
Technician After Sales (m/f/d)

- Reply to customer technical inquiries in connection with customer complaints and/or after sales requests.
- Support and guide service partners so that customer issues are solved with a sense of urgency and priority.
- Report any potential event to our Safety Officer.
- Notify each complaint to the After Sales Officer.
- Give technical trainings on the products to the after sales network (installation, maintenance and repair)
- Write of IQ/OQ, maintenance manual and training material.
- Make quotation and coordinate spare parts, repairs and modifications. Manage spare parts orders.
- Support failure analysis of in-house repair unit and initiate the repair orders
- Get involved in quality meeting, investigation reports and CAPA processes
- Get involved in the “Registration of new products”: review spare part drawing and spare part list.
- Follow-up of after sales KPI.
- Ensure that any installation of CSF are documented by a IQ/OQ.
- Secondary or Postsecondary diploma in electricity, electronics or mechanics
- Apprenticeship or prior experience in a similar position
- A strong team player, commitment to excellence in customer service
- Math and mechanical skills: problem-solving; logical-thinking; good observational skills
- Flexible and adaptable, with a high ability to learn and to develop
- Pragmatic and hands-on business-driven individual
- Travel willingness (15%)

- MS Suite, with high focus on access and excel knowledge
- English, German and/or French are mandatory; any other languages is appreciated
