Sales Expert (Inside Sales, Sales Manager)

• Contact international customers, partners and publishers by email or phone
• Prepare quotes, orders, order acknowledgements and invoices
• Track contractual end dates and coordinate delivery processes with documentation
• Participate in public tender procedures
• Optimize purchasing sources and conditions
• Build and manage partner relations with software vendors and distributors

• You share our high-quality standards, combined with precise working methods
• You enjoy communicating clearly and precisely and sharing your knowledge
• You have a remarkably high willingness to learn and fast comprehension skills
• You want to work independently in an international team of experts
• You have a commercial education or comparable professional experience
• You are fluent in English and German, both spoken and written; French is preferred
• You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
