Positioned as a dedicated corporate services provider, the company benefits from strong foundations, long-standing client relationships, and a clear appetite to evolve and expand its offering.Role Overview:The Head of Corporate Services is responsible for leading the corporate services teams, which provide domiciliation, directorships, corporate secretarial services, and regulatory compliance. This role is essential for driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring full compliance with Luxembourg’s regulatory framework and Company policies.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
  • Contribute to the development of the firm’s corporate services strategy and business development initiatives.
  • Enhance and track key performance indicators and critical success factors, such as quality, file management, and compliance adherence
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management on client satisfaction, team performance, and service delivery metrics.
  • Provide legal advice to colleagues, particularly regarding commercial company law. Update standard documents in line with legislative changes and Company’s general policy, and create new templates when necessary
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Governance
  • Serve as senior director on a portfolio of Luxembourg vehicles (GPs, holding companies, SPVs, etc.).
  • Participate as a member of the senior leadership team.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate services team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs, identify training needs and monitor team performance.
Operational Oversight
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth delivery of services across legal, accounting, tax, and compliance functions.
  • Assess complex legal issues in sensitive matters and propose innovative solutions that align with business needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure all client services are delivered in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve client service processes and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, legal, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
