Are you looking to work within an international company?Don't look any further, we have the perfect opportunity for you,For one of our client, we are looking for aClerical Support - First line IT support (M/F/D)Main tasks :

Analyse, select, configure and deploy enterprise and network management tools ;

Supporting and troubleshooting web based applications ;

Documentation of solutions, maintaining user/ administration guides and step-by-step instructions ;

Document policies and operating procedures ;

Implement, and maintain network security policy, standards, and procedures ;

Perform customer service support and other profile-related tasks.

Profile required :

Recent and relevant experience related to IT Helpdesk functions ;

Knowledge of enterprise and network management ;

French and English speaker (level C1) ;

Experience of less than 3 years is required ;

If you have a Clearance, it'll be considered as an advantage.
