Senior Solutions Developer - Power Platform

- Monitor, document and maintain effective system configurations
- Management and implementation of system deployments and upgrades
- Implement changes using the appropriate change-control process
- Monitor support incidents and work with support staff to provide effective prioritisation and resolution
- Ensure technologies are deployed in compliance with Aztec Security framework and standards
- Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders including Aztec's suppliers, application support teams and the business
- Own and manage day to day issues and see through to completion. Escalate in a timely manner to senior members of the team where required
- Be a creative thinker and look for new ways the business can leverage the technologies available to improve efficiencies and capabilities
- Prepare and maintain procedure documentation relating to the overall environment
- Provide ongoing support for existing solutions within Aztec environments
- Collaborate with the business stakeholders and IT teams to understand the business needs and translate them into power platform solutions
- Work within Aztec's Power Platform governance policies and best practices, including data protection, security, backup, restore, disaster recovery, monitoring, auditing, licensing and capacity planning
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the power platform and related technologies
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Solutions Developer gained within a business environment
- Ability to assimilate information quickly, clearly identify key issues and present information concisely
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong experience designing, developing and documenting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, to include Canvas Power Apps, Model-driven Power Apps, Portal based Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience importing and integrating data using Power Automate & Logic Apps
- Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, Power App Connectors Azure Functions etc) design and implementation
- Several years of hands-on experience with M365 technologies, including PowerApps development/consultancy and SharePoint Online
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with cloud-based API management tools, ideally Microsoft's Azure API Management
- Experience of other non-Microsoft automation technologies would be an advantage, as would experience working on Business Process Automation initiatives
- Microsoft Certified in Power Platform would be highly regarded but is not essential
