Our client is multi-family office, acting as an exclusive investment circle that gathers families and entrepreneurs in order to access the best alternative asset funds and source direct co-investment opportunities.
The activities are growing very fast and will scale-up strongly, this is the reason why they are currently looking for an Investor Relations Director to reinforce their team.
Responsibilities :
Business development :
- Develop relationships with prospective high-quality investors
- Manage and drive fundraising
- Prepare and maintain all pre-marketing and marketing materials
- Maintain relationships with current investors
- Answer investor data requests
- Prepare ongoing data content for investors (e.g. letters, reports)
- Own customer relationship management software
- Plan key investor events
- Relevant investor relations experience gained in a fund or a private bank
- Strong relationship management skills
- Robust understanding of alternative assets
- Comfortable understanding of financial and performance terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
