Monitor investment risk management in accordance with regulatory requirements in respect to our client's European fund umbrellas (Luxembourg, UK, Irish, German, French)
Review of daily/weekly/monthly risk reports produced and investigations of breaches and escalation where required
Assist with the review and assessment of the risk methodology and subsequent production of reporting
Support with the implementation of new regulatory risk requirements and continuous improvement of existing risk processes in coordination with other risk experts within our client, including updates to the RMPs
Assist with the conducting of the business of our client in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 17 December 2010 and its implementing regulations
Assist with the oversight and monitoring of the 3rd party service providers located in Luxembourg in coordination with the function responsible for the service
Undertaking risk based monitoring reviews in a timely manner focussing on compliance controls to ensure that client/company assets are safeguarded in accordance with the relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practice
Provide assistance with the implementation of procedures and controls designed to ensure client's compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies
Production of monthly reports for the Conducting Persons in order to provide them with the necessary information to allow then sufficient and relevant reports to analyse issues that may have arisen
Ensure all activities are in line with Conduct principles.

Profile:Experience
- Solid knowledge of UCITS legislation and regulatory frameworks in Europe
- In-depth experience of all aspects of all investment risk management aspects in Financial services environmentKnowledge
- Sound understanding of business and investment processes
- Fluency in English, ideally also proficiency in French and/or German
