- Serve as a key liaison between the service provider and clients, providing exceptional support and guidance in both German and French languages.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, overseeing all administrative, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Luxembourg corporate laws, regulations, and reporting obligations.
- Coordinate the establishment and administration of companies, including drafting corporate documents and maintaining company records.
- Facilitate communication and correspondence with clients, authorities, and third-party service providers.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, including company incorporation, bank account openings, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct regular reviews of client files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions and exceptional service to clients.
- Stay updated on changes in corporate laws, regulations, and best practices, and communicate relevant updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, providing expert advice and guidance on corporate matters as needed.
- Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Fluency in both German and French languages is essential; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate services, company administration, or a similar role within the Luxembourg financial sector.
- Strong understanding of Luxembourg corporate laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and corporate management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
