You will manage the full process — from page creation (in Webflow) and A/B testing to data analysis and funnel optimization — ensuring every paid media lead has the best chance to convert into a sales opportunity.This is a unique opportunity to work on a mission with pan-European impact — our campaigns and optimizations span all European territories, giving you the chance to make a measurable difference across diverse markets. Your main responsibilities will include:Landing Page Creation & OptimizationDesign, build, and optimize landing pages in Webflow tailored to specific B2B target segments across different European markets.
Implement A/B and multivariate testing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates.
Ensure landing pages are aligned with brand guidelines while focused on performance.
Funnel & Conversion StrategyMap and optimize full paid acquisition funnels for both lead generation and webinar sign-up campaigns.
Collaborate with the Growth Acquisition Manager to define CRO strategies aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with the Growth Acquisition Manager to ensure traffic is directed to the most effective conversion paths.Performance Tracking & Analysis
- Set up and maintain comprehensive reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs (conversion rate, cost per lead, attendance rate, etc.).
- Use analytics tools to identify drop-off points and implement improvements.
- Present regular performance reports and actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
- Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and conversion readiness.
- Coordinate with Creative to develop high-impact visual and copy elements for landing pages.
- Collaborate with Webinar teams to increase sign-up and attendance rates.
- Proven track record in conversion rate optimization for B2B acquisition funnels.
- Proficiency with Webflow or similar landing page builders.
- Strong understanding of CRO testing methodologies (A/B, multivariate).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
- Knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and their tracking integrations.
- Experience with webinar funnels and increasing attendance rates is a plus.
- Language: fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
