  • Lead FP&A matters together with the Head of Finance, covering budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis;
  • Managing the day-to-day financial planning and analysis activities, and identifying opportunities for process improvement;
  • Preparing and analysing key performance indicators and business metrics, and developing actionable recommendations;
  • Coordinating the budget and forecast cycles, and supporting performance monitoring throughout the year;
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to support decision-making on profitability, cost control, and return on investment;
  • Contributing to group-wide projects, cost-saving initiatives, and cross-functional priorities; and
  • Reviewing the effectiveness of local FP&A tools and processes and recommending improvements in methods, systems, or structure.
📝 Your Profile:You are a finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or a similar role - ideally in a dynamic, international environment or the Luxembourg financial services sector;
  • Expert-level Excel skills – you are confident building models, automating processes, and creating intuitive dashboards and overviews for non-financial stakeholders;
  • Experience designing and implementing clear, insightful reports and tools that support decision-making across the business;
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pragmatic, business-oriented approach;
  • Professional proficiency in English (French is a plus).
