Legal Counsel

• Provide legal advice for teams across the organisation;
• Review of contractual documentation;
• Support the General Counsel in its governance tasks;
• Produce and update internal documentation.
• Assist on corporate law questions;
• Provide support to the DPO;
• Manage intellectual property rights.

• Master's degree in Law, preferably with the CCDL;
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer, primarily in an in-house setting;
• Full professional proficiency in French and in English, German is an asset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, reliable, and pragmatic with a hands-on approach;
• Service-oriented mindset and a team player;
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize across different deadlines and topics;
• High sense of discretion and rigor;
• Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
