Loan Servicing Officer

• Receive and review agent notices related to private loan transactions.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of agent notices against cash movements.
• Perform timely and accurate cash reconciliations in the accounting system.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies between agent notices and actual cash received.
• Maintain organized records of all notices, reconciliations, and communications.
• Collaborate with accountants, agents and/or the client to resolve issues.
• Support month-end and quarter-end activities related to loan servicing.
• Assist in process improvements and documentation of procedures.

• Previous experience in an administrative or operations role, ideally within a financial, accounting, or back-office environment.
• Comfortable handling numerical data and performing basic reconciliations; experience with cash movements or loan-related documentation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing documents and recording information.
• Good organisational skills and ability to maintain clear records and follow structured processes.
• A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, with the ability to work closely with accountants, external agents, and internal teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to escalate issues when needed and contribute to process improvements.
• Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP tools is an asset.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
