Missions
This position reports to our Head of IT and will be located in our Head office in Luxembourg.
He/she is responsible for managing Business Analyst Department (permanent employees and external consultants) which aims to functionally develop our information systems and provide digitized services to our clients in accordance with their needs.
In the fast growing Fund Platforms industry our Business Analyst Department is key to deploy or to update services to our community in different fund distribution value chain areas: Execution, safekeeping, distribution, Fund Data, Oversight, etc.
Role / Responsibilities :
- Complete management of the IT Business Analyst Department (~15 FTE)
- Monitoring of all projects, deadlines and resources allocation with our
- Project Management department
- Ensure a high-quality support for all applications and users

Critères candidat
Niveau d'études minimum
Bac + 5 / M2 et plus
Formation / Spécialisation
- Graduated with a master degree (Engineer school, Business school, or University)
3 - 5 ans
Expérience
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a manager
- At least one experience in the fund industry (Custodian Bank, Transfer Agent, etc.) with a strong operational background on RTO, Fund Execution, Oversight (DDDQ, KYC/AML) and Fund data
- Knowledge of product-based development and Agile project management methods.
- Able to communicate at all levels with internal and external stakeholders and manage expectations
