You’ll understand their individual needs, provide them tailored IT solutions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the excellent service clients expect from Sopra Steria. Staying informed of industry trends, managing timelines, and answering client issues using confident communication and technical knowledge will be your day-to-day job as an Account Manager.
