The company was founded in 2020 and has been experiencing rapid growth, already employing more than 75 professionals in two countries.About the roleAs a Fund Services Manager you will work in a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth and performance of the fundcraft brand. You will manage a high functioning team serving prestigious clients in the alternative investment industry. In that team, you will be responsible for delivering services via the fundcraft platform to one or several clients while reporting directly to the Head of Fund Services. You will be accountable for timely and qualitatively delivering of the range of services offered by fundcraft to clients. In your mission, you will be supported by associates and senior associates whom you will be responsible for managing, training and growing.What you can expect to do in the roleKey Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with clients and act as a primary contact and escalation point and resolution,proactively manage the team to ensure all services are delivered on time and in a qualitative manner,oversee and control of quality output of all Capital transactions and records,implement the fundcraft policies, procedures and best-practice guidelines,represent the team, department or company fundcraft at on-site visits with all stakeholders,collaborate with all stakeholders, be solution driven, problem solving oriented and embrace change,understand the model and services offered by fundcraft Services, propose and develop operational improvements in consultation with the other managers,ensure all team members are set for success, taking into account skills, competencies gaps and career plans,implement training plan and buddy system when needed.How you will be successful in your applicationMust-Have Experience / Qualifications:Degree in Business, Finance or LawHave 4-6 years experience in a similar position, or in a Fund/Corporate role with client exposureManagerial experienceKnowledge of Luxembourg Fund IndustryEnglish: fluent level (spoken and written)Good knowledge of Google workspace and Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:German or French would be beneficialSkills & Behaviours:Knowledge of and/or interest in new technologies,ability to take ownership of your work and a ‘Getting-Things-Done’ mindset,dynamic and proactive work ethic with willingness to go the extra mile,be adaptable, flexible, a strong team player and an active listener,ability to handle complex deliverables across a number of stakeholders,ability to work with daily deadlines and with a high level of accuracy,provide fast open, constructive feedback,excellent communication skills and ability to influence others.What you will get in returnA culture where you can thrive..
