The Managing Director will run the structure globally and will take in charge the following responsibilities :

Identify new commercial opportunities by either leveraging existing leads or developing new initiatives
Manage the commercial activity, and associated P&L
Run the change management and digitalize the processes
Develop, monitor and manage applicable metrics/KPI's for all the services and work with your direct reports to set goals for continuous performance improvement
Review executive reporting packages including key performance indicators ("KPIs"), financial performance and budget
Structuring and incorporating streamlined processes to improve efficiencies
Identifying and re-allocating resources to operational, growth, financial and strategic initiatives with highest risk adjusted return
Prepare detailed financial projections and business plans

Manage and lead the whole structure Integrate a booming activity where you will deploy your entrepreneurship mindset

Graduated with a Master's degree or a Bachelor, you have a proven and global experience in the Insurance industry, and you have a solid background in managing structures and people. Your entrepreneurship mindset, your capacity to drive projects and change, and your international background will the key assets to succeed in this mission. You are fluent in English. Any additional language will be considered as a plus.
