Senior Fund Accountant – AIF Client Base, PFS at Belgian BorderWe are currently collaborating with a PFS located ideally near the Belgian border, to assist them in their search of a Senior Fund Accountant for their Fund Department. This department is composed of less than 10 people and is currently growing. This is why they are looking for other accountants, to reinforce and support the accountants in the team, and to continue to grow in the next few years.The company, although in full growth, still keeps a human size as they are composed of less than 50 people. With people having acquired experience in different types of companies in Luxembourg and abroad, everyone brings different strengths to the team. This allows for diversity but of course also a wide skill set, allowing everyone to learn from one another. Furthermore, the PFS offers a wide range of services in terms of accounting, tax, compliance and corporate governance and has been able to develop an impressive client base (Alternative funds, SOPARFI, SPVs…). The people who work in the company also have the chance to benefit from a lot of trainings thanks to regular internal courses in various fields, but also by following external trainings.Lastly, the PFS has an excellent reputation on the Luxemburgish market. Indeed, the services for the clients are personalized and quality-oriented, having allowed the company to develop a loyal client base.Your Responsibilities | PFS – Fund Accounting - Accountant – Finance – Luxembourg - Accounting
  • You are responsible for the daily fund accounting matters for your dedicated clients, being Alternative funds in Private Equity and Real Estate.
  • You are responsible for the preparation of NAV calculations and monthly, quarterly and annual reportings.
  • You prepare the financial statements and are in direct contact with other teams in the company to handle your work efficiently.
  • You also ensure a high client satisfaction by answering any queries they may have.
Profile and Career Path | PFS – Fund Accounting - Accountant – Finance – Luxembourg - Accounting
  • You have very good knowledge of alternative investment funds, either in Private Equity or Real Estate, or both of course.
  • You are fluent in French and English. The environment is French-speaking internally but you will be in contact with international clients.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Fund Accountant, ideally in a PFS or management company, in Luxembourg.
  • Experience acquired in some of Luxembourg’s largest financial service providers will represent a plus. Indeed, the structured processes you may have discovered here will probably be quite similar to this company’s.
  • You are at ease with MS Office and Excel and would describe yourself as an organized and efficient person.

  • Your salary can go up to 77.000€ gross per year, in accordance with the number of years of experience you have, and your technical level. You will also receive an annual bonus, meal vouchers and a parking spot.
  • The working hours are flexible in this company, and as a Senior Fund Accountant, you will have limited overtime. In addition, weekly homeworking will allow you to balance your profession
