Monitoring incoming client transactions from investors
Placing fund orders with the relevant counterparty, in accordance with the applicable cut-off times, procedures and all other provisions defined in the fund’s prospectus
Opening registered accounts with the relevant counterparties
Verifying dealing instructions in view of compliance policies (AML/KYC)
Processing final executions of trades placed with the relevant counterparties
Managing complaints relating to client transactions
Monitoring and processing of different error reports
Maintaining good contact to other internal units and coordinating processing of trades
Updating static fund data in database
Communicating with customers and external counterparties
Systems: FundControl (in-house dev. dealing system), SIX, Bloomberg, Xact, MS Office

YOUR PROFILE

Profound knowledge of the fund industry and different fund structures with a professional experience of at least three years
Ability to quickly understand dependencies of different IT systems
Experience in alternative investment fund business will be considered as an advantage
Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
Attention to detail and constant focus on quality and client service
Good team player with the ability to work independently and able to take initiative
Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external clients
Fluency in English and German is an essential requirement, any other language is considered as an advantage
