Internship Communication

• Contribute to the implementation of the communication plan
• Manage the creation and distribution of the company's internal magazine, both in terms of editorial and visual content

• Provide daily support for internal team requests
• Create new communication tools and materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, website content, press kits, mailings, etc.) for both internal and external purposes, in terms of both writing and design
• Contribute to the development and dissemination of the company culture in a spirit of fairness and friendliness
• Measure the impact of the various actions undertaken by the Corporate Communication department
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure projects are successful, completed on time, and within budget
• Assist in producing photo and video reports
• Write articles for various communication media
• Provide backup support to other members of the department

• Holding or currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or Digital Media and/or relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills in English, as well as in French and/or German (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, autonomous, curious, and highly organized
• Comfortable taking responsibility and bringing new ideas to the table
• Known for your precision and reliability
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong creative-production skills: create graphical and audio-visual assets, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong writing skills: carry out editorial tasks, such as drafting copy, proofreading for clarity and consistency, and formatting content across digital and print.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit
• Must present themselves in a professional and polished manner
