- Lead the migration of existing products using container technologies like Kubernetes
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with tools such as vRealize Automation
- Reverse engineer legacy systems to identify architectural weaknesses in terms of security, reliability, performance, and operational agility
- Collaborate closely with technical architects and operational teams to design improved, future-proof systems
- Help drive the transformation of the Data Center into a fully automated Continuous Delivery pipeline
- Ensure automated build, deployment, monitoring, and resiliency across platforms
- Contribute to the elimination of legacy issues and support the delivery of a consolidated, secure, and agile environment
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and resolve operational issues within defined SLAs
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- A solid understanding of programming fundamentals
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Bash
- Strong experience with Kubernetes architecture and cloud-native development
- Hands-on experience in AWS and container provisioning
- Familiarity with networking and virtualization concepts
- Knowledge of tools such as Argo CD, Nexus, GitLab, and API gateways
- Exposure to Kafka and CI/CD pipelines
- Comfortable working across multicultural and cross-functional teams
- Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); any other European language is a plus
