Do you have the expertise, ambition and drive to successfully co-lead, develop and optimize a reputable luxury retail boutique? Are you a true people manager being able to get the best out of a diverse team of international commercial talents? Are you commercially talented and really customer oriented?
Then this is THE job for you:How will you make an impact?You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skillsYou will drive sales and act as a role model, constantly nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationshipsYou will uphold the highest boutique operations standards, including aftersales procedureYou will participate to off-site events and clientelling activitiesHow will you experience success with us?You will have experience in Fine Jewellery/WatchesYou will have a solid knowledge and passion for gemstones and watchesYou will have excellent interpersonal competences in order to develop a network of loyal clientsYou will be meticulous, highly client focused and organizedYou will have excellent written and spoken communication skillsLanguage requirements: French and EnglishGerman and Luxembourgish are a plusHow do we keep you smiling?You will be based in our esquisite Cartier Luxembourg boutique.
