Graphic Designer Multimedia

• Mainly create multimedia content for internal and external communication. If you have experience in the design of materials such as magazines, brochures, posters, flyers, etc. in line with our corporate identity, this will be an advantage.
• Take creative responsibility for projects from initial briefing to finished product;
• Edit photos/videos, retouch and post production;
• Develop and design creative video content for exhibitions, website, advertising and social media;
• Maintain and improve our existing digital systems (website, landing pages, microsites…);
• Develop and design of animated HTML5 web banners, email templates, landing pages and websites;
• Collaborate with backend developers and web designers to improve the user experience;
• Maintain and organise production file archives / DAM.

• At least 3-5 years experience as a graphic designer multimedia / web designer. Experience in the industrial B2B sector is an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, ...);
• Excellent photo and video skills;
• Familiarity with digital workflows, including compression and delivery of projects via various multimedia formats and channels (YouTube, Facebook and other streaming media services...);
• Experience with HTML5 web animations;
• Knowledge of web and responsive design standards;
• Accuracy and attention to details;
• Project organization and time management skills;
• Curiosity and interest in understanding the products and services offered by the company;
• Excellent team player with a collaborative approach in an international team of 13 marketing professionals;
• Knowledge of English is a must - other languages are considered an advantage;
• Strong ability to adapt to changing environments and needs;
• Professional attitude towards time, costs and deadlines.
