Job DescriptionOur client, a top 5 global freight forwarding company, is looking for their future Dispatcher.
  • You are in charge of dispatching of lorries and local transport.
  • You make appointments with customers and organise special transport in the local area.
  • You rate agreements with customers, different company branches and transport companies.
  • You monitor pallet stock and ensure departures and adherence to loading and delivery deadlines.
This is not exhaustive, so you can expect a varied job.In order to succeed in the role, you have 3 years' experience as a Dispatcher or complete vocational training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk.You have strong processes and systems implementation skills. You have a high degree of flexibility and communication skills. You are customer oriented and have assertiveness and able to work under pressure.You fluently speak English - French or German is a plus.
