Our client is a fund manager specialized in investing in infrastructure assets across the transportation sector, public and environmental/energy facilities. With main offices in New York and Paris, it invests in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Americas, and currently manages 18 billion USD of assets and more than 70 projects globally. Currently they are looking to recruit a Financial Controller (m/f) Reporting to the CFO based in Paris, she/he will be in charge of the financial management of funds and all their investment vehicles under management. Responsibilities Manage day to day interfaces with corporate and finance service providers of the Funds (administrator, custodian, auditors…) Control the accounting of the funds and other vehicles under management, prepared by external administrators Manage cashflow (cash flow forecasts, capital calls, distributions, …) Manage the interface between the investment and asset management team and the external providers Supervise all reporting and filing obligations and ensure the compliance of all operational and accounting information Oversee of the audit process and annual accounts preparation Preparation of the financial part of the Investor Relations Report Monitoring of payments, receivables and payables Updating and monitoring of Fund data in the internal investment software Profile Degree educated in finance or accounting 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in either the financial services, audit firm or private equity fund sectors Strong Fund management, accounting and tax ba...
