To strengthen its leadership team, we are looking for a Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant who will play a pivotal role in supporting senior management across executive coordination, projects, and communications.Responsibilities:Manage executive calendars, travel, and meetings.Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.Represent the executive in selected meetings and events, both in Luxembourg and abroad.Support HR and Finance teams on specific tasks.Drive special projects, conduct ad-hoc research and analysis.Manage corporate communication channels, including website, social media, and newsletters.Ensure contracts and databases are up to date, in line with GDPR requirements.Liaise with press and creative partners, coordinate marketing materials, sponsorships, and company events.Profile:Minimum 5 years of experience in executive management support, communications, or project coordination.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.Solid knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping.Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy and discretion.Fluency in German, English, and French (oral and written).Excellent command of MS Office suite.What is on offer:A varied and strategic role in a human-sized, international environment.Direct exposure to senior decision-making.A dynamic workplace with entrepreneurial spirit.Your application will strictly be treated with confidentiality.
