As a Virtualization Architect, you'll be an integral part of our journey, leveraging your expertise to design, enhance, and implement state-of-the-art virtualization solutions.Role Overview:As a Virtualization Architect with us, you'll take charge of developing and enhancing solutions from various vendors, closely collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements. Your role will involve meticulously crafting solution architectures, leading the transition to operational teams, and ensuring continuous service availability and security. Your exceptional analytical skills, technical prowess, and commitment to automation will be essential in this role.What You'll Do:

Innovative Solution Design: Craft forward-thinking solutions within VMware Products, addressing identified business needs while staying ahead of technological advancements.
Thorough Documentation: Create comprehensive architecture documents and SOPs to ensure clarity and smooth knowledge transfer.
Seamless Transition: Facilitate the handover of infrastructure to operational teams, ensuring a seamless transition and optimal operational efficiency.
Level 3 Support: Act as a pivotal resource for operational teams, providing timely resolution for technical issues and ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
Knowledge Sharing: Coach and transfer knowledge to operational teams, fostering a collaborative and skilled work environment.

What You'll Need:

Expertise & Certifications: Proven experience and certifications in virtualization technologies (vSphere, vCenter, VSAN, NSXT, and VMware Aria Operations), along with a track record in designing large-scale, high-availability solutions.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work seamlessly within a team and adapt swiftly to evolving business needs.
Commitment to Efficiency: Demonstrated dedication to automation and efficiency enhancement in virtualization environments.

Qualifications & Experience:

Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT architecture, specifically within medium to large IT environments.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in virtualization technologies are essential.
EU Citizenship: Required for this position.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in other European languages is advantageous.
