- Be the Private Markets' first point of contact with Distributors and Direct Investors;
- Assist distributors and investors in their various requests;
- Prepare and make available planned reports;
- Participating in the drafting of application forms and any regulatory and/or legal documents applicable to Private Markets funds managed by the team;
- Coordinate fundraising, subscription, transfer and closing processes with distributors, investors and transfer agents;
- Prepare Investor transactions and instruct the Administrator accordingly;
- Monitor compliance with investor profiles/orders according to prospectus rules;
- Participating in the enhancements to operating model, process definition and documentation and establishing/maintaining PMS;
