- Present and promote our trailer fee management service to existing and new customers
- Analyze possible connection factors with business partners and actively promote migration projects, in particular with other business units within FNZ group
- Assure correct and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing trailer fees, both calculations and payments; validate trailer fee outputs
- Be accountable for correct system entries of any fees agreed upon with fund providers in close cooperation with our Fund Partner Network division
- Conduct controls on usability of client fee databases in view of business needs and assure correct invoicing by pursuing highest automation grades
- Lead projects to implement different fee models and calculation methods into our in-house developed software in close cooperation with our software engineers
- Stand for personal and impeccable service as well as timely response to customers, fund companies and colleagues from other divisions or group entities
- Detect improvable processes and ensure that all procedures and control mechanisms will function precisely and reliably and provide proof to auditors
- Ensure the existence of and promote adherence to a robust control framework; minimize risk incidents through clearly documented policies & procedures
- Redesign business processes and implement new features in close cooperation with the IT department, to meet clients’ needs and legal requirements
- Take decisions on how to deal with exceptional cases, escalation management
- Cultivate an environment of open, clear and effective communication
- Maintain a high-performing and motivated team of professionals that operate in accordance with the company values
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or economics or relevant experience in investment fund industry
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar environment, ideally in a fund platform
- At least 1 year experience in a team-leader or supervisory capacity
- Solid understanding of complex IT architectures
- Knowledge of accounting basics is essential
- Knowledge of trailer fees, platform fees and accounting skills highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving approach with a sense of urgency
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills, excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy whilst focusing on productivity
- Good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit, empathetic, approachable
- Pro-active attitude with strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
- Fluency in German and English, French will be an advantage
