Senior Controller

• Act as a key financial business partner for our subsidiaries and corporate management team;
• Drive monthly closing and reporting process for FANUC Europe Group including compiling cost information, reviewing details, understanding variances, investigating discrepancies and working with regional finance managers;
• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the product line’s financial reports and monthly result presentations for internal reporting to top management;
• Support the improvement of the annual business plan and the development of a rolling forecast processes;
• Support analysis of investments and preparation of related business case materials;
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and planning processes;
• Support the design and implementation of reporting and planning tools (in particular based on Corporate Planning, BI, and Excel) as well as the visualization of key figures in dashboards;
• Support internal controls and audit requests;
• Create of ad-hoc reports and analyses for management and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor and/or Master degree in business administration or a similar course of studies with a controlling, finance, or accounting focus;
• A strong background in controlling (minimum 3 years) within a complex, multi-entity and multi-national environment. An experience in accounting and finance is seen as an advantage;
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights;
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, in particular Excel;
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, able of interacting with all levels;
• Team player, thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented and international environment;
• Proactive working style, conceptual skills, and ability to take initiatives;
• Experience in consolidation programs e.g. Corporate Planning and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
