- Legal advice on transactions, corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate governance and finance
- Draft, review and negotiate, sale and purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, security, corporate and guaranty documents and legal opinions
- Research and draft numerous memoranda on various corporate law issues
- Implementation and daily legal administration of alternative fund structures
- Protection of the group's interests while negotiating services agreements with clients
- Company secretary for Luxembourg holding entities of the group, day to day administration, organization of board and general meetings, drafting of the minutes
- At least 6 years of experience in legal
- A good knowledge of the AIFM regulatory impact is an asset
- A previous experience as legal advisor in Private Equity & Real Estate is an asset
- Master Degree in Law
- Fluent in French & English
- Have an in-house function
- Develop your knowledge in direct relation with the Head of Legal
- Increase your expertise in Real Estate Asset Management
