- Managing calendar, organisation of business trips, including reservations of hotels, flights, ground transportation and similar arrangements.
- Internal reporting, including timely management of expense reports and other internal team-related admin functions.
- Meeting management, including sourcing the venue, arranging accommodation, ground transportation, catering and dinners and, when required, supporting the meetings on-site.
- Be responsible for the day-to-day meeting coordination for the team.
- Appropriate coordination and cooperation with the portfolio companies.
- Work alongside the Executive Assistants in broader administrative support of the local team & office management support.
- An excellent manage of English (speaking and writing). French must be an advantage.
- Perfect command of all Microsoft Suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint and especially Outlook.
- SAP skills are appreciated.
