Through our independent position with respect to lenders, investors, andinvestment bankers, our team of professionals is ideally placed to successfully supportcorporate transactions. The Luxembourg SaT team comprises professionals coming fromvarious backgrounds and disciplines, such as corporate finance, private equity, real estate,banking industry and financial audit.Your key responsibilitiesAs an advisor within a rapidly growing team, you will mainly focus on valuation servicessuch as sell- and buy-side transaction valuations, financial reporting valuations, etc. Youwill be involved in assisting our external clients in assessing the value of their transactionsand provide them meaningful valuation indications that match their respective needs. Youwill work hand in hand with our internal clients to deliver advice across a variety ofvaluations in the context of audits, purchase price allocations or contributions in kind.In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on the complete range of SaT servicesand contribute to the further development of the Luxembourg SaT team. These includeTransaction support and Due Diligence Services as well as Lead Advisory services (M&A).Your responsibilities will also include contributing to the commercial development of ourservices, especially preparation of presentation material for the sourcing of new business.Skills and attributes for successYour career in audit enable you to successfully lead financial services engagements in an international environment.To qualify for the role, you must have

You hold a University or preferably master's degree with specialization in Finance/Economics or similar
At least 2 - 4 years of work experience in valuation and/or transaction world
You are fluent in English, German and/or French
You display the ability to communicate effectively and act as a team player.
You are organized, flexible and able to manage several files
You are committed to continued professional development (e.g. CFA, RICS)
You are proactive, eager to learn and grow, with strong communication and interpersonal skills both internally and in client facing situations.

Ideally, you'll also have

Fluent language skills in French and/or German
