  • Work on legal files in all the practice areas of our law firm and related to Business Law (i.e. Corporate/M&A, Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, Dispute Resolution, Investment Management, Employment, Insurance & Reinsurance and Real Estate) for local and multinational companies;
  • Draft any type of contracts and/or legal documents;
  • Conduct research into a variety of legal issues;
  • Discover the Luxembourg jurisdiction and its courts.
