Join our ServiceNow team and become a key player in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will:
- Configure and implement ServiceNow modules, either as part of new rollouts, enhancements, or feature additions;
- Lead and animate client workshops to understand needs and co-design the right solutions;
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical configurations;
- Customize modules when required, in line with ServiceNow best practices;
- Provide end-to-end training and support to end-users and key stakeholders;
- Mentor and guide junior team members on both technical and functional topics;
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, or improvement opportunities in your scope of work;
- You will work in a collaborative environment with a high level of autonomy, empowered to deliver value and innovation to your clients.
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication skills, both with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development (ITSM, CSM, CMDB/ITOM, ...)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration and customization practices (App Engine)
- Proven experience in unit testing and awareness of structured testing approaches
- Ability to convert complex functional needs into technical specifications
- Comfortable with both “out-of-the-box” implementations and tailored customizations
- Customer-oriented and quality-driven
- Autonomous with a proactive mindset - you don't wait to be told; you anticipateAgile, adaptable, and collaborative
- Experience in leading workshops and end-user training sessions
- Experience with Service Portal and Workspaces
- Knowledge of ServiceNow integration with external systems (e.g., via REST, SOAP APIs)
- Hands-on experience with additional modules such as ITOM
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other certifications
- Experience in greenfield implementations (from scratch)
