- Internal support for customer account: receiving and analyzing RFQ’s, preparing quotation, doing the back-office for account manager
- Developing good relationships with our customers and assure excellent service, including customer correspondence
- Assisting in organization of internal customer meetings, supporting preparation of customer presentations
- Verifying monthly sales reports
- Reviewing customer PO’s
- Managing customer contract reviews
- Reviewing and updating forecast database regularly
- Reviewing input for business plan & budget
- Assisting program management meetings, representing sales
- Preparing sales releases
- Reviewing and updating prices in SAP
- Visiting customer premises occasionally
- Secondary school education, Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset
- Hands-on experience with communicating with the customer
- Experience with administrative tasks, data input and data analysis
- Experience within a technical sales environment is considered an asset
- Good skills in MS Office
- Organized personality, ability to follow up on defined actions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
- Creativity, team spirit and a proactive attitude are imperative
- Fluency in written and spoken English and French is mandatory
- Any other language is considered an asset
