For one of its clients, a bank based in Luxembourg - Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent Recruitment is currently looking for a : Back Office Assistant (M/F) Duties Back-Office Activities: • Create securities master file and update it • Introduce trades • Introduce Free of Payment Transfers • Follow-up the settlement • Follow-up with the counterparties and with the internal clients • Cash activity (Cash flow, credit cards, funding control, …) • Securities and Cash Reconciliation • Prepare Reporting’s related to both activities (EMIR, MIFIR, …) • Management of Corporate Actions
