
Senior Product Manager , EU 3P Trade Compliance

- Define the vision and solution to complex problems related to cross-border movement of goods, to ensure operational continuity and seamless experience for Selling PArtners.
- Own product roadmap and prioritize resources. Identify opportunities, create business cases, and champion your vision to build organizational alignment around priorities, features, and capabilities required.
- Write business requirements and product specifications to meet compliance requirements and drive the product development schedule from definition to release together with software development teams.
- Obsess over product and experience metrics to identify gaps and propose solutions, and actively seek ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness
- Work closely with software engineering, business, operations, product managers, and compliance teams to define and improve your product
- Build consensus among stakeholders on product direction and technical implementation.About the team

- Product management experience
- Defined and owned end-to-end product experience, roadmap strategy, and delivery
- Closely collaborated with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver features and products
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems, showing a track record of making business decisions using relevant data and insights.
- Build products iteratively to achieve goals in a resource-constrained environment
- Basic SQL knowledge or data self-sufficiency for carrying out day to day jobs
- Team orientation and willingness to roll up sleeves to solve dynamic challenges
- Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence remote teams in multiple time zonesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders without formal authority, leading cross functional teams across business units.
- Delivered complex product solutions with 6+ months cycle
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated track record of strong written and verbal communication to gain buy-in for product direction and crisply communicate product status updates.
