Financial Controller - Holding company

• Support all operating companies in their and financial reporting.
• Producing monthly management accounts and reports.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant local tax, accounting, auditing, and external reporting.
• Leading and coordinating the annual external audit.
• Preparing and monitoring performance against forecasts and budgets.
• Providing analysis and strategic insight to senior management.
• Monitoring external audit and financial statements process of operating companies of assigned countries.

• 5 -7 year's experience as Financial Controller.
• Strong background in accounting.
• Proficient understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics
• Experience in commercial / holding management / industry is required.
• Fluent in English. All others languages are an asset.
