Entering overtime requests
Preparing various declarations to employees and country authorities
Monitoring employees medical fitness records
Exporting reports from the HR system to help Managers monitor their team’s activity
Payroll
Verifying normal and overtime hours
Preparing salary instructions
Printing, scanning, and filing all payroll-related documents for audit purposes
Participate in monthly closings
Training & development
Collecting and entering training records
Enrolling employees in external training courses
Monitoring training deviations (reminders to employees / managers)
Entering data for the next training reimbursement request
Recruitment
Screening CVs, schedule interviews, follow up with candidates
Scheduling onboarding activities (safety tour, badge creation, EPI’s handover)
Follow up on offboarding activities (collect company belongings, disactivate badge, update the system) Qualifications:Proven admin or assistant experience (experience in an HR environment will be a plus)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office pack (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the software DSK Systems will be a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and high sense of organization
- Strong ethical standards and high sense of confidentiality
- Languages: English and French - excellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat we offer:
