
Administrative Assistant (f/m/x)

- Answering client calls, managing emails;
- Standard administrative tasks;
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
- Receives, sorts and routes mail and deliveries;
- Prepares mail shipments online and prepares outgoing mail;
- Manages incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, distributing and scanning post;
- Manage meeting schedules, including having rooms ready;
- Assisting other employees in the daily work;
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of call and forwards calls or messages to appropriate personnel or department.
- You are fluent in English, French and German. Any additional language would be considered an asset.
- Experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
