We're seizing the opportunity to create a purpose-led organisation that will unlock significant value for our business, our clients, and our people.Our opportunity for you:We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional as Relationship Manager and your responsibilities include:Account Management:

Generates revenue from building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with clients
Owns the Service Level Agreements with clients
Formulate solutions that meet client expectations
Retain assigned accounts
Identify cross-selling business or additional sales opportunities up-sell VISTRA´s services
Support the coordination of client relationship management for multijurisdictional client accounts with other VISTRA offices
Understands competitor activities and industry trends

Client Service Delivery:

Build and maintain strong sustainable relationships with assigned accounts
Provides day-to-day client advice and support and act as escalation point
Close coordination with Sector heads (DCS) to relay client feedback, track deliverables.
Liaises with other functions (Operations, other Vistra offices, internal and local service providers) to deliver services to assigned accounts
Take-up directorship/mandates in client companies where required - ensure that these companies are compliant with all requirements under Luxembourg Law
Contribute to projects with a direct impact on clients or sectors covered
Monitor client satisfaction on a regular basis

Relevant experience:

Prior experience of client management, including strategic relationships and with C-suite interaction
Broad knowledge of financial markets and industry, or a restless curiosity to deepen understanding
University degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics or a proven track-record in the key accounts area
Minimum of 7 years of experience with a professional services firm
