KPMG Luxembourg is looking for a Procurement Specialist in our internal procurement department (m/f) from January 2021. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to get experience in negotiating services purchases and wants to work in a fast paced environment.
We are seeking outstanding, motivated and self-driven individuals who will enhance a team committed to be the market leader by size and reputation
As Procurement Specialist, you will:
- Process simple purchase requests in our purchase to pay tool
- Lead simple RFPs in areas around IT, Learning and development, Marketing and events, Facility management, etc..
- Perform spend analytics
- Perform the administrative tasks relating to procurement (ensure all documentation required including NDA, contracts, etc.) are stored in the contract database
- Participate in contractual negotiations with suppliers
- You have a master in purchasing or in commercial law and want to drive commercial negotiations of indirect spends;
- You have excellent spoken and written knowledge of English;
- You have good negotiation and project management skills;
- High sense of rigor and data oriented
- Autonomous, self-driven
