Our success stems from our solid infrastructure, including investments in Innovation and Technology, a skilled workforce, and a robust Quality Assurance regime.Role Overview:As a German-speaking Reservations Agent, you'll be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and addressing inquiries about our services. Responsibilities include converting incoming calls into sales, meeting performance targets, conveying customer feedback for service improvements, tracking reservations, and collaborating with the team for efficient operations. Handling cross-market calls, managing complaints, and assisting with ad-hoc tasks are also part of the role.Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls from the market, whilst converting the maximum number of these calls and enquiries into sales
Achieve performance targets (sales, call handling, and quality) as set out by the Market Manager and Team Leaders
Communicate to Team Leaders all relevant customer feedback to facilitate ongoing improvements in our service quality and customer experience
Track all reservations on request and provide the customer with effective support
Working as part of a team and being able to stimulate and motivate others while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns
Assist other markets by handling cross-market calls, ensuring that as many calls as possible are handled and converted into sales
Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader

Qualifications:

Native fluency or C2 proficiency in German.
Proficiency at the B2 level in English.
