Contract: 18 months, Full-timeAre you highly organized, detail-oriented, and fluent (or near) in French?We are looking for a motivated Data Administrator to join our team at our Manufacturing plant in Capellen, Luxembourg on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This role is essential in supporting our transport, logistics, and administrative operations, ensuring smooth data management, accurate documentation, and timely shipments to our customers.If you have a strong administrative background, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with data and logistics, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities:Transport & LogisticsPrepare and issue shipping documents (B/L, certificates, etc.)Complete standard and special transport/export documentationTrack and evaluate transport prices with the logistics teamMonitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) for carriers and select the most efficient optionsUnderstand basic transport rules, including IncotermsManage any transport-related disputes (e.g., damages or delays)Data & CommunicationMaintain and update information in the ERP systemEnsure accurate information is shared with relevant departments and properly archivedParticipate in shipping meetings and provide administrative supportInvoices & Credit NotesIssue invoices and credit notes for orders and consignment stocksVerify and control transport invoices for accuracyCompliance & SafetyFollow ISO 9100 quality management proceduresComply with environmental, health, and safety regulations Qualifications:Proven administrative or assistant experience, ideally in logistics or supply chainStrong knowledge of office management systems and proceduresExcellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skillsHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilitiesFluent in French and English (both written and verbal)Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with ERP systemsStrong organizational and planning skillsWhy Join Us?Gain valuable experience in an international logistics and transport environmentBe part of a collaborative and supportive team18-month fixed-term contract with potential to build your career in a global companyIf this sounds like the opportunity you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
