As part of the PwC Experience Center team, you will support a strategic initiative based on Design Thinking and Agile principles, we call it BXT.BXT stands for Business, eXperience and Technology. It's how we combine our business expertise to create a human-centred approach and our technology assets to drive conversations. We are obsessed with offering our customers innovative, user-centred and bolder solutions.Researching, imagining, testing and making: the Experience Center puts the X in BXT. Within the BXT core team,As a BXT intern, you will use creative problem-solving methodologies and work in an international, multidisciplinary team. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks ranging from workshop design support to internal community engagement, communication initiatives planning and delivery and much more!Find out more about BXT here. ( )Be a part of our team where you will:

Design, prepare and support the facilitation of workshops;
Design and present content in a user-centred, innovative and creative manner;
Support the roll-out of our training and communication plans;
Deploy initiatives to strengthen the engagement of our internal communities;
Work with data to analyse and draw meaningful insights from Salesforce and other tools;
Work with the BXT Agile methodology, using and promoting those principles in ongoing projects.

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have:

Currently studying for a Bachelor/Master degree in design, economics, media, communication or engineering (with a specialization in innovation or design) and need to carry out a mandatory internship as part of your studies;
Able to commit to this internship for at least 6-12 months starting in July 2024;
A strong affinity with Agile and Design Thinking principles;
MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
Understand design principles, have an eye for detail and know how to combine image, text and colour to get the key message across;
Well-versed in various media and comfortable with content promotion;
The skills to stay top-of-mind with your creative work and innovative ideas;
Already worked with virtual whiteboards, such as MS Teams, Miro or Mural, and are very keen to become expert in the use of these tools;
Good at following virtual seminars/training or organising them using video conferencing tools (such as Teams, Webex, Zoom or Google Meet);
Bold, innovative, and curious. Being creative and working carefully are your characteristics. You are interested in people, processes and good ideas!
Take initiative and have a ‘can do’ attitude. You can work proactively whether independently or in a team;
Reliable with a high sense of responsibility as well as discretion;
The courage to question conventional mindsets to understand the core of a problem and develop better solutions;
Flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
Fluent in English, French is an asset
